Please read BEFORE CONTACTING WPGLOBUS SUPPORT first

WordPress is an open source software with a long history of World-Wide-Development. In some aspects, it’s “too open”, allowing developers to use “shortcuts”, effectively bypassing WPGlobus!

  • “I love your plugin! Everything works perfect and now all my site’s posts, pages and menus are truly multilingual! There is just one little issue I need your help with…”
  • “WPGlobus is superb! All of our blogs are working fine, except for one, where we installed the {XYZ} plugin, and now I see some extra characters in their widget…”
  • “Brilliant! Super fast, absolutely no overhead! What I am missing is {…}, so if you could just do that, I will be 100% happy!”
  • “I switched my theme to {ABC}, and now I do not see flags in the menu. Please help!”

What is the solution?

Support

  1. First and foremost, ensure you’re using the most recent versions of WordPress, theme, and all plugins. If your theme or plugin hasn’t been updated by their authors for a long time then you might need to look for an alternative.
  2. Try contacting the theme/plugin authors and see if they can fix the problem. Should they need our help, we will be more than happy to co-operate!

► If none of the above helps, we will try to help. Please tell us what’s happening. Use the Contact Form.
